Hexlox XL Quick Release Axle

Fatbike wheels, trailers, or mudguards are often inadequately secured – making them easy prey for opportunistic thieves. The Hexlox XL quick release axle was specially developed to prevent exactly that: With its extra-long bolt length of 180 mm, it covers even particularly wide dropouts up to 167 mm (external dimension) – ideal for fat bikes and accessory mounting.

Made of the highest quality steel and equipped with a conical safety nut with anti-spin serrations, the XL axle not only offers mechanical strength but also effective protection against thieves using pliers or screwdrivers. Combined with the Hexlox system (4 mm Hexlox insert + key), it creates a highly effective anti-theft device – simple, precise, and secure.
