Free shipping
We deliver to almost every country free of charge if your order value is at least €39.95.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2-4 days, and abroad within 7-14 days from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, from the payment order).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. The delivery date for the entire order will be the item with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If you pay by SEPA Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to debit the invoice amount from your specified account. You will receive advance notification at least five days before the debit date. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds by the due date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged directly upon conclusion of the contract.
