Import Taxes
Shipping Within Germany: All prices shown include German VAT (VAT), and there are no additional customs or import fees for deliveries within Germany.
Shipping Within the European Union: For EU countries participating in the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system, VAT is included in the total price at checkout, based on your shipping destination. This helps ensure a smooth delivery without extra charges. You usually won't need to worry about customs duties or additional taxes when ordering from within the EU. Just a heads up: VAT rates can vary slightly depending on the country you're in.
Shipping Outside the EU: If you're ordering from outside the European Union , your country may apply import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package arrives. These are not included in the price you pay on our website. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure. It's always good to know ahead of time what might apply. We'll do our part to make sure your order is packed and labeled properly, but we can't control or predict customs processes or delays in your country.
Free Delivery
We deliver to almost all countries for free, when your order value is €39.95 (or more).
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 -4 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If payment is to be made via a SEPA base debit note or a SEPA corporate debit note, you authorize us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
